Email should be your highest converting channel.

They trusted you to give you their email address, right?  Perhaps they’ve even purchased from you.
So, if they’re not converting, you need to understand: Why are they not opening my emails?  Why are they not clicking on my emails?
Email takes time.  It takes time to build a list.  Setting up automation is time consuming and requires a special skillset.  However, if you invest the time this is a channel which will reward you generously in the long run.  In the meantime, compare your email metrics to these benchmarks and identify where the opportunity lies in your email channel.
